  • Warranty policy

    We offer a warranty period of 10 years on our trampoline frames, 5 years on the mat (excl. print) and springs, and 12 months on all other Vuly trampoline product parts, covering any manufacturing defects or damage to the product subject to the exclusions listed on the final tab. A warranty period of three months applies for all promotional items.

    An extended three year warranty is also available at time of purchase for $129.

  • Lodging a claim

    If you purchased a Vuly trampoline product in Australia and wish to make a warranty claim, please take the following steps to lodge your claim:

    1. Take two to three photos of the defect or damage
    2. Write a brief description of the defect or damage
    3. Send the photos and brief description to us, using one of these options:
    4. Use your invoice number as the Subject Heading (found on your Vuly Invoice or on your Authorised Reseller's invoice/receipt)

    Whilst we follow strict, quality controlled procedures in assessing each warranty claim, we deal with claims on an individual basis to reach a solution that is best for your unique experience. If your warranty claim is approved, a replacement product will be immediately dispatched from our warehouse to your nominated address.

  • Does not cover monster attacks

    Warranty exclusions

    This warranty does not extend to damage caused to your trampoline as a result of storms, fire, theft, vermin/insect infestation, or monster attacks.

    The mats, although UV resistant, will naturally fade over time when exposed to sunlight. Please let us know how long your mat has lasted, so we can further our research into fade prevention technologies.

    Warranty exclusions

    1. The misuse or abusive use of the Vuly trampoline product
    2. Improper installation (as outlined in the Trampoline & Net Assembly: Maintenance Manual)
    3. Use of unauthorised/non-standard parts

    For all claims approved under warranty, freight charges are not covered and will be an additional cost.
