I would like to give some feedback regarding a trampoline I purchased from you last week. I placed the order last Wednesday at around midday. The sales team were an absolute pleasure to deal with during this process. The follow up emails firstly to thank me for my business and then to supply me with an invoice and finally to confirm shipping were great, and as a person who deals with large earthmoving supplies on a daily bases this level of follow up by your company is outstanding to say the least. I then received my trampoline on Friday and this was again followed up with a call from you to make sure all was good; again this level of customer service is just fantastic. Friday night I proceeded to assemble the trampoline and was sure something would be wrong or missing, however all parts were there and the quality of the product outweighed my expectations. I came into your store at Wakerley today to make a warranty claim on a net for my trampoline and I just had to contact you to advise how good the service of your employees was. I have been bombarded with poor customer service as of late and it was so refreshing to deal with an organisation that looks after its customers and treats us as if we are truly valued. The first staff member was very professional and helped me sort out my issues and even helped me out with another purchase. Both of the others who served me (a guy on the counter and a girl who helped me carry my gear to the car) were so nice and helpful and the girl even got me a replacement spring tool as I couldn't recall where mine was. Thanks so much for sending the replacement ties, other than that little problem the trampoline has been fantastic. The net itself is still looking good with no tears etc. It is big enough and robust enough for even my big kids. My boys love to get on it together and kick a ball around. It has a great 'bounce' and Im so glad I didnt get the springless one as it doesnt have the bounce. It has had much jumping and Im sure will have many years more. Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our purchase of the 10ft Vuly! While we had a few installation problems that were all due to my husbands lack of instruction reading. I called up today to see where we were going wrong in the installation and the lady who answered our call was so friendly and helpful (especially trying to decipher my descriptions that were terrible...sorry!) she even gave us her mobile number to send her a photo, then called me straight back with the answer to our problems (which as I said was that my husband was a little too excited to jump on the tramp and got carried away putting it together without reading the instructions). I can't stress enough how beneficial it was to watch the online installation videos! I was going to wait for my husband to finish work before starting the installation but after watching the available videos and reading the installation tips, I managed it all on my own!
