I read the Comments where someone mentioned that the warranty should be extended, read the CEO's response where he said he felt that the customer was stating something obvious about the quality will last the warranty and that he would take it on board and now I read this where he has lived up to his word. I will be so glad and proud to pick up our 12 foot tramp off layby this week! Here is a company that not only has quality products BUT also listen to their customers AND action what they say!!!! Our trampoline net developed a hole right on it's warranty deadline. The Vuly staff were very quick to offer us a replacement net. A great product and great service. Thank-you.

I think the Trampoline that we purchased from Vuly Trampoline is top quality and the delivery was super fast. I especially liked that someone from the store called after delivery to make sure we got all parts and boxes. They made this process very special!

The follow up emails firstly to thank me for my business and then to supply me with an invoice and finally to confirm shipping were great, and as a person who deals with large earthmoving supplies on a daily bases this level of follow up by your company is outstanding to say the least. I came into your store at Wakerley today to make a warranty claim on a net for my trampoline and I just had to contact you to advise how good the service of your employees was. I have been bombarded with poor customer service as of late and it was so refreshing to deal with an organisation that looks after its customers and treats us as if we are truly valued. Ruby was one of the people who served me and he was professional and helped me sort out my issues and even helped me out with another purchase. Both of the others who served me (a guy on the counter and a girl who helped me carry my gear to the car) were so nice and helpful and the girl even got me a replacement spring tool as I couldn't recall where mine was. All in all, a very pleasing shopping experience and I will definitely be recommending VULY to everyone I know. Thanks so much. George.

I would like to give some feedback regarding a trampoline I purchased from you last week. I placed the order with Stephanie last Wednesday at around midday. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with during this process. The follow up emails firstly to thank me for my business and then to supply me with an invoice and finally to confirm shipping were great, and as a person who deals with large earthmoving supplies on a daily bases this level of follow up by your company is outstanding to say the least. I then received my trampoline on Friday and this was again followed up with a call from you to make sure all was good; again this level of customer service is just fantastic. Friday night I proceeded to assemble the trampoline and was sure something would be wrong or missing, however all parts were there and the quality of the product outweighed my expectations. My two sons, who are 3 and 7, are the happiest kids on the block with their new trampoline! Thank you, Vuly for a great online shopping experience and thank you, Stephanie for you cheerful and helpful attitude. I will be recommending both the product and company to everyone I know.

I just wanted to drop a line to say how wonderful our new trampoline is. Our children and their friends love it, especially the tent. The quality is far superior to any others I have seen. It may have cost triple what a trampoline of the same size from a chain store would have but I believe you get what you pay for and I feel this tramp will last us a lot longer and is so much more safer than the other brands (and us big kids can bounce on it too!).
