Warranty

We offer a warranty period of 10 years on our trampoline frames, 5 years on the mat (excl. print) and springs, 3 months on promotional items, and 12 months on all other Vuly trampoline product parts. A warranty period of three months applies for all promotional items. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage to the product, subject to the exclusions listed in the Vuly Warranty Policy.

Extended warranty

An extended three year warranty is also available at time of purchase for $129.

The warranty commences the day of purchase as reflected on your Vuly Statement or reseller's invoice/receipt.

Lodging a claim

If you purchased a Vuly trampoline product in Australia and wish to make a warranty claim, please take the following steps to lodge your claim:

  1. Take two to three photos of the defect or damage
  2. Write a brief description of the defect or damage
  3. Send the photos and brief description to us, using one of these options:
    • By submitting the Warranty Claim Form (in the tab above)
    • or, by downloading and filling in our Warranty Claim Form [PDF], and sending it back to us ...

  4. Make sure to use your invoice number (found on your Vuly Invoice or on your Authorised Reseller's invoice/receipt) as the Subject Heading if you send by email.

Warranty procedure

We follow strict, quality controlled procedures in assessing each warranty claim, making sure that we reach an outcome that is best for you. If your warranty claim is approved, we'll send your replacement product to you immediately. If we send you a replacement under warranty, this part will be covered under your existing warranty period. Please note that in the Vuly Warranty policy, we will provide your replacement part for free, whilst customers need to cover any freight costs if claimed outside the 7 day period.

How long does it take to assemble a Vuly trampoline?

It generally takes one person between 1.5 and 2.5 hours to assemble a Vuly trampoline and safety net on their own.

What is the maximum weight limit for a Vuly trampoline?

The classic Vuly trampoline model has a maximum weight rating of 150kg for the 10ft trampoline, 12ft trampoline and 14ft trampolines. The 8ft trampoline has a weight rating of 110kg.

The Thunder trampoline has a maximum weight rating of 160kg across all sizes.

The Vuly II trampoline has a maximum weight rating of 150kg across all sizes.

Do you offer ladders with purchases from Vuly? If so, how much are they?

Our trampoline ladders are sold for a small additional cost. Please check the Vuly trampoline store for more details on pricing.

Do you sell trampoline safety nets separately at Vuly?

We keep a full stock of trampoline safety enclosure nets that are available for Vuly trampolines of all sizes. Due to their unique method of attachment, our trampoline safety nets will only fit Vuly's trampoline models. Unfortunately, they will not fit products from other brands.

Do you sell padding or other trampoline spare parts?

We keep a full stock of all spare trampoline parts needed to fit Vuly trampolines. However, we are not able to supply spare parts to suit any other brand due to design differences.

All of our trampolines come with our comprehensive warranty on all components. For more details on Vuly trampoline warranty visit our trampoline help page. We offer spare trampoline parts for all Vuly trampolines that are past their warranties for half price.

We can offer replacement pads for any round trampoline due to our innovative strap mechanism; however, the perfect fit is not guaranteed.

To check if Vuly safety pads will fit onto your trampoline model, you must first provide our staff with:

  • the total outside diameter of your frame,
  • the distance between the outside of the frame and the jumping mat, and
  • the thickness of your current safety padding.
Once your measurements have been given to our staff, they will advise as to whether the Vuly trampoline safety pads may fit onto your trampoline model. Although we will take every care to help you, we cannot guarantee the fit will be correct. Vuly will not be held liable for any change to the safety of the trampoline as a result of the Vuly trampoline safety pads altering the design of the product.

How much does delivery of my trampoline cost?

Delivery is dependent on your post code and the size of the trampoline that you would like to order. As we deliver across the entire nation, call our customer service center on 1300 667 514 for a personalised quote. You can also use our delivery calculator.

How does my order get delivered?

Vuly Trampolines work with a freight company called Direct Freight Express for all of our trampoline deliveries. Unlike other delivery services, Direct Freight Express will call and arrange a time for your trampoline to be delivered. that best suits you. Delivery usually takes between 3 - 5 business days from date of payment/receipt of stock depending on what state the trampoline is being delivered to.

You can track the progress of your trampoline by logging onto the Direct Freight Express website at directfreightexpress.com.au or calling their customer service line on 1300 347 397 and quoting your tracking number.

What are Vuly's trading hours?

General trading hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Saturday to Sunday 9am - 2pm
  • Trading hours are extended closer to Christmas. Check the Vuly Trampolines facebook page if you're unsure.

The Vuly trampoline showroon is open all national public holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Am I able to try your trampoline before purchasing?

Vuly's full range of trampolines are available to view and test out at our Trampoline Showroom at 95 Ingleston Rd, Wakerley, Brisbane, Queensland. We are open weekdays from 8am-5pm and weekends 8am-2pm.

Selected Vuly trampoline resellers around Australia also have Vuly products on display at their retail premises.

Are Vuly trampolines made in USA/Australia?

Vuly's trampoline frames are made from Australian steel that is galvanised both inside and out. The UV resistant trampoline jumping mat material is made in USA. The manufacture and packaging of our trampolines is performed in China.

Am I able to extend my trampoline warranty?

Yes. Our one year standard warranty can be extended to three years for a one-time fee of $129.00.

If you wish to purchase an extended warranty, you can do so at the time of purchase or up to 3 months after purchase from either a Vuly reseller or from our Trampolines Australia website.

What is your policy on faulty trampolines?

We ask our customers to email us photos of the trampoline fault in order to determine whether the damage was caused by normal use or if it is the result of a manufacturing defect. If it is decided that the damage was no fault of your own, we will replace the part as soon as possible. For more information, read our warranty policy.

Please note: if you report the problem within 3 months of receiving the trampoline, delivery of any components will be free. After 3 months, you may need to pay a small delivery fee for the replacement parts. For this reason, we recommend checking all trampoline parts upon receiving the packages, even if you don't intend on setting it up until a birthday, Christmas, or other special event.

What payment methods do you offer for my trampoline purchase?

Credit card payments can be paid either online or over the phone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Please note: credit card payments attract a low credit card fee incurred by our financial institution. Please check what the fee will be by contacting Vuly on 1300 667 514.

You can also Direct Deposit into our bank account. Direct deposit will not attract any fees, however, the transfers may take up to 4 days to display into our account. Delivery will not be performed until payment for the order has been received into our account. Banking details will be emailed to you once your trampoline order is placed.

Cash, EFTPOS, UnionPay or Cheque are accepted in person at our showroom locations only.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You are free to amend or cancel your order if you change your mind after having paid the total balance. Please inform us of your intentions as soon as practicably possible to avoid incurring unnecessary charges if your trampoline has already left our depot.

The following charges may be applied if you fail to give timely notice of your intention to amend or cancel your order.

  • If your order has not yet left our depot, you will be refunded the entire amount of your order.
  • If your order has left our depot, you will be refunded the total amount of your order less the cost of travel to the nearest interstate depot and return journey back, as well as a restocking fee.

What are the cut-off dates for Christmas?

Vuly has the best delivery system and stockpile of trampolines nation-wide. We are confident in having trampolines delivered right up to Christmas. The "safe" dates to order before Christmas vary by region, here are some examples:

  • 7 days for Perth
  • 5 days for South Australia, country Victoria
  • 3 days for Victoria, country New South Wales
  • 2 days for Sydney
  • 1-2 days for Brisbane

Does the net stick out past the frame when someone falls into it?

The maximum distance the safety net will protrude out past the frame is about 10cm on the classic Vuly trampoline model. This is because the safety net enclosure is fixed on the inside of the safety pads and trampoline springs.

Is the Trampoline Tent Water Proof?

No. The Trampoline Tent is water resistant, but not water proof. The trampoline tent can only handle light rain due to the strength of the material. It is advised that the tent should be removed during rain to keep it in good condition.
