Your boxes are heavy! The driver can only deliver where you want if it is accessible by trolley. For special deliveries, you may be required to help the driver move the boxes.
Direct Freight Express does not guarantee a pre-delivery phone call. Drivers will usually only call if they cannot find your address. Vuly will attempt to call you the day of your estimated delivery to inform you of any delays.
It is advised that you do not stay home from work to wait for your delivery as deliveries can occur up until 6.00pm local time. You may instead give permission to leave your packages in a particular place if you are not home (above).

Some other brands have odd frame sizes that will not suit Vuly's models (e.g. 9ft or 13ft frames). Checking your dimensions before ordering will save you time and money.

7 day cooling off period from delivery date, however a restocking fee (of up to $25) may apply.
Order will be secured once payment is received.
10 year warranty for frame, 5 years on springs and mat, 12 months warranty other parts (not inc. delivery and installation).
