Do you sell rectangle or Olympic-sized trampolines at Vuly?

We have investigated several different trampoline design options for versatility and safety. As a result, we have found the round trampolines offer the widest range of functionality over models of other shapes in the domestic market. We sell the world-renowned Eurotramp for competition purposes. These trampolines are the most powerful in the world and are suitable for experienced users only.

Do you sell trampoline safety nets separately at Vuly?

Do you sell padding or other trampoline spare parts?

We keep a full stock of all spare parts needed to fit Vuly trampolines. However, we are not able to supply spare parts to suit any other brand due to design differences.

All of our trampolines come with our comprehensive 12 month warranty on all components. We offer spare parts for all Vuly trampolines that are past their warranties for half the retail price.

We can offer replacement pads for any round trampoline due to our innovative strap mechanism; however, the perfect fitment is not guaranteed. To check if Vuly safety pads will fit onto your trampoline model, you must first provide our staff with the total outside diameter of your frame, the distance between the outside of the frame and the jumping mat, and the thickness of your current safety padding. Once your measurements have been given to our staff, they will advise as to whether the unique Vuly pads may fit onto your model. Although we will take every care to help you, we cannot guarantee the fit will be correct. Vuly will not be held liable for any change to the safety of the trampoline as a result of the Vuly safety pads altering the design of the product.

What is the difference between the Vuly 2009 model and the Vuly 2010 model trampoline?

There are a few differences between our 2009 and 2010 model Vuly trampolines.

Push button technology

The new models have buttons in frames to secure the legs of the frame from falling out of position when the trampoline is moved. Our new model features our revolutionary spring design. Half of the springs are attached to the frame from underneath the trampoline to introduce a staged element to the bouncing dynamics. As the jumper depresses the mat, the top springs activate first with less resistance. This allows the bouncer to more easily depress the jumping mat to a lower point. When the user pushes the mat down to a certain point, the lower set of springs activate to rebound the user higher into the air with less resistance from the jumping mat.

Safety Net

Our nets have also undergone several improvements. Our nets now attach to the poles with elastic ties that hold the safety net taught in position. We have also increased the thickness and composition of the material that covers our safety poles. This thick, durable material protects the users from falling into the poles and prevents injuries. Our net pole padding protectors are composed of the same materials as our innovative safety padding for the trampoline frames.

The thickness of the safety net has increased to further strengthen the material to resist a fall. Increasing the thickness of the material means that we can decrease the size of the woven holes. Having smaller holes has further reduced the risk of small children having their prying fingers caught in the net material.

Our new trampoline model uses a much safer method of attachment. Our old design used a lace to tie the base of the net onto the jumping mat. Our new design involves connecting the springs to the buckles on the mat through specially made holes in the base of the net. Because of this new improvement, access to the springs is completely eliminated.

Safety Pads

The new trampoline models have reversible double-sided designer safety pads. Our exclusive safety pads feature the Green Funky Free pattern on one side and a classic blue on the other. A rubber stamp affixed to the pads guarantees that you have purchased a designer-created Vuly product. Lastly, the new models feature the Hex Vex print instead of our previous printing dot game. This is an exciting new game developed by Olympic athletes geared to improve the development of bouncing coordination.

Is the Trampoline Tent Water Proof?

No. The Trampoline Tent is water resistant, but not water proof. The trampoline tent can only handle light rain due to the strength of the material. If the drainage pipe is not installed correctly at the top of the tent, water may pool on the top and may damage the tent. It is advised that the tent should be removed during rain to keep it in good condition.
