Express Service
Vuly share a special relationship with our delivery drivers to give you the delivery that you want. Vuly don't want you to wonder when your boxes will turn up. Providing scanned locations of your boxes is our standard service, calling to let you know the delivery day and make sure you are happy with everything is where Vuly is different to the other brands. We aren't always perfect, but years of practise have allowed us to fine-tune your delivery to be smooth and worry-free.
Air Freight
Accessories such as basketball hoops, ladders, and anchor kits will be sent on a plane between major cities using Australian Air Express. This is the fastest service in Australia that offers the same value of regular road freight. We know that its important to replace parts on your trampoline as soon as possible. At Vuly, we sell so many trampolines that parts are literally flying out the door!
Insurance Guarantee
Vuly will make sure you receive your delivery, even if it means sending a 2nd delivery to you. If there is any reason you're not happy, you have a 7 day cooling-off period so you can return anything you don't like. We are extremely confident that you will love owning your Vuly Trampoline as much as our children do!

Wholesale Pallets
For security, all palletised freight is photographed for proof of departure. For privacy, all palletised freight is wrapped in black plastic to keep the contents anonymous and together as one delivery. Pallets can be mixed with any combination of packages to give you the exact order that you want.
