Improvements to Trampolines Australia spare nets

As a result of improvements to our Trampolines Australia (“TA”) safety net design, return customers can now attach Trampolines Australia spare nets to their trampoline without the need for a net cord. In previous models, the net chord was woven through holes in the bottom of the TA safety net and ‘D’ shackles on the jump mat, often making for a tedious process. These improvements make the replacement of a Trampolines Australia safety net much easier and more secure!

Trampoline Sports

Looking for a safe and fun sport that will have your children reaching for new heights? Why not try trampoline sports?

Trampoline sports are the perfect way to teach your child safe and developmentally sound aerial skills, whilst also developing co-ordination and body awareness. They will also enjoy the fun of trampolines and develop social skills whilst interacting with other children.

Children participating in trampoline sports gain and develop confident body movement, both on and off the ground, build strength and prepare the body for challenges in life, challenge the mind and body to reach new goals and develop posture and agility including the ability to land safely. Trampoline sports are conducted in safely equipped environments with accredited coaches.

So if your children are nagging you about trying something new, a new sport to participate in or just need something to do, then why not try trampoline sports? You can watch your child bounce their way to a happier, healthier future.

Trampoline Fun Facts

Trampolines are the perfect toy or gift for a child of any age, families, or even adults. Trampolines do not have a restricted age limit which is the plus side. At any age, a trampoline still keeps you feeling younger and younger by the day!

On of the many benefits of a trampoline is that there are more options available these days as to what type of trampoline you can purchase. You can buy a competitive trampoline, for gymnastics or trampolining sports or even a recreational trampoline, for family fun. There are also different trampoline shapes that you can decide on: circular, rectangular or octagonal.

Trampolines are also a great tool for exercise as it is a low-impact sport and just about anyone can use it to gain fitness. It is recommended that children with disabilities and those who suffer from cystic fibrosis or brain damage use trampolines because it assists them in developing better coordination and they are overall mentally and physically happy.

Fitness Expo Review

Vuly Trampolines was the new face attending the Health and Fitness Expo in mid-April 2011 at the Sydney exhibition centre, along with their celebrity Australian trampoline champion, Christie Jenkins.

Maggie Coleman, the editor of Sportslink magazine, wrote the article “Fitness Expo Rocks!”, in which she mentions Vuly Trampolines as a new exhibitor attending the expo this year.

Health & Fitness Expo Reviews

Maggie Coleman, editor of Sports Magazine, posted a review article about the Health & Fitness Expo held in Sydney in mid April 2011. The article “Fitness Expo Rocks!” was posted on Monday 18th April 2011.

Throughout this article Coleman mentions Vuly Trampolines and Christie Jenkins as “new exhibitors” that attended the expo this year, displaying several examples of our trampoline products and accessories. Apparently this year the expo was much more positive and forward thinking than last year, with more exhibitors, busier stands and plenty of visitor interest. Here at Vuly, we feel honoured to have taken part in such a successful world wide event.

More Trampolines For Worthy Causes

Vuly is proud and privileged to be able to donate two trampolines to the worthy causes of AAAD Kids and Pets Disaster Checklist and Research Kinder.

  • Aussie Angels Assistance Dogs (“AAAD”) Kids and Pets Disaster Wishlist

AAAD is a charity whose purpose is to provide trained dogs free of charge, to assist disabled and medically challenged persons in their day to day lives and to enhance their quality of life. Following the recent natural disasters that have struck Queensland and Victoria, AAAD has set up a donation service to put smiles back on the faces of all those children and pets who have lost something due to these devastating phenomena.

After receiving an email from a woman whose young family had almost lost everything due to Cyclone Yasi, AAAD was inspired to contact Vuly to seek a trampoline donation that could assist the family. The woman’s three children, who were trampoline enthusiasts, greatly missed their trampoline when it was destroyed by Cyclone Yasi.

  • Research Kinder

Research Kinder is a small preschool with strong community links, who believe in keeping their neighbourhood safe by supporting one another. Located in a semi-rural area in Victoria, Research Kinder has a passion for creating healthy and happy lifestyles for all the children who attend their centre. Many of the staff are volunteers who give their time freely to the kinder.

Vuly is proud and privileged to be able to donate two trampolines to the worthy causes of AAAD Kids and Pets Disaster Checklist and Research Kinder. We’ve been touched by your warm reception to Vuly products and the love that you share with us for the backyard trampoline. We hope that you enjoy your trampolines as much as we did giving them to you!

Vuly Adds Some Variety to the Toy Fair’s Collection for Charity with the Donation of an 8 ft Vuly Trampoline

In 2011, the recipient of the annual toy collection run by Australian Toy, Hobby and Nursery Fair was Variety, the Children’s Charity.  The purpose of Variety is to provide life opportunities through the provision of equipment, experiences and community support for special needs children. Variety also acts as an umbrella organisation, providing support to many other children’s groups and charities as well as raising funds for its own initiatives.

In the spirit of charity, giving thanks and sharing the joy of trampolining with others, Vuly was proud and privileged to be able to donate an 8 ft Vuly Trampoline to Variety on the last day of the Fair. Together with donations from other organisations at the Fair, over $6000 worth of goods has gone into the hands of many needy children via Variety’s many programs.

Vuly is proud of it’s association with Variety and looks forward to putting smiles on Australian children’s faces with it’s donation of an 8 ft Vuly Trampoline.

Trampoline Donations from Vuly

Sometimes, a helping hand from a stranger can go a long way. That is why Vuly regularly supports a number of valuable causes through trampoline donations. Our most recent donations to HeartKids Australia and Variety, the official charity of the 2011 Australian Toy, Hobby and Nursery Fair were met with delight from organisation members who were able to present their charity with a brand new Vuly Trampoline.

If you’ve recently been through hardship, represent a voluntary organisation or just know of someone that needs a hand, we’d love to hear from you. To seek a charitable donation from Vuly, contact us by email with the details of your organisation, the reasons why you believe your organisation should receive a donation and the appropriate contact person.

We ask that you submit a range of photos throughout the donation process:

  1. Photo of the site before the trampoline has been assembled
  2. Photos of the site after the trampoline has been assembled with a representative/s from your organisation

If you have any social media accounts i.e. Facebook or Twitter, a blog, newsletter or email service, you are welcome to use any correspondence or photos on these platforms. This simple act can put us in touch with other organisations who may also be looking for particular charitable support.

If you wish to contact Vuly regarding a trampoline donation to your organisation, email sales@vulytrampolines.com with the above information.
